Thank you for shopping Ohanale. Below is our shipping policy, including processing times, shipping rates, delivery expectations, and important notes for handmade goods.
Order Processing Time (Handmade Production)
All Ohanale items are handmade and made to order unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing time: Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days after purchase.

During high-volume launches, promotions, or holidays, processing may take additional time.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
If an item has a longer lead time (such as custom items or limited drops), that timing will be listed on the product page.
Shipping Carriers & Methods
We ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and/or international partner carriers, depending on destination, package size, and the best available service.
At checkout, you may see options such as:

Transit times are carrier estimates and begin once your order is in the carrier’s possession.
Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. Ohanale is not responsible for:

delays or delivery issues due to an incorrect or incomplete address,

orders shipped to an old address entered by the customer.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping where available.

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or import charges assessed by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Some countries may restrict certain items. If an order is returned to us due to import restrictions, the order may be eligible for a refund minus shipping costs once received back, depending on the situation.
Shipping Delays
Carrier delays can occur due to weather, peak seasons, service disruptions, customs processing, or other events beyond our control. Ohanale is not liable for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession, but we will assist you with tracking and claims when possible.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Marked delivered but not received: If a carrier marks a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office first.

Lost packages: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will assist with next steps, including carrier inquiries when applicable.

Damaged in transit: Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

photos of the damaged item(s),

photos of the box and packing materials.

We will review and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or another resolution consistent with our policies and available inventory.
Candle-Specific Notes (Heat & Seasonal Conditions)
Because candles are temperature-sensitive:

In hot weather, mild softening may occur during transit. This typically resolves after the candle returns to room temperature.

We use protective packaging; in extreme temperatures, we may recommend selecting faster shipping options when available.
Returns Related to Shipping
Shipping fees (including expedited shipping and any original shipping cost) are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to an error on our end.
